StreamGuide is a platform that aggregates information about scheduled and live YouTube streams and presents publicly available stream metadata to help users discover live content more easily.

StreamGuide does not host, store, or stream video content itself. All video playback occurs on YouTube.

This Service uses YouTube API Services.

By using StreamGuide, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service:

3. Third-Party Content

All video, channel, and metadata displayed by StreamGuide originates from YouTube and remains the property of YouTube and the respective content creators.

StreamGuide does not claim ownership of any third-party content displayed on the platform.

4. Analytics

StreamGuide may collect anonymous usage metrics such as page visits and stream clicks for the purpose of improving the service.

These analytics do not identify individual users, do not track users across websites, and are used solely for reliability, performance measurement, and service improvement.

5. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt to disrupt or damage the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to the server or infrastructure
• Use automated scraping tools against the platform
• Abuse the YouTube API through the Service

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. StreamGuide does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union legislation.
